“People of all ages and walks of life can benefit from Rolfing. The basis of the work is aligning one’s physical structure in gravity. This allows a person to be more easily supported, find more fluid movement, and gain more comfort and ease in daily activities and athletic endeavors.”

Rolfing® Structural Integration Fees

The first visit is a one hour consultation. This will include information about the Rolfing process, and what to expect. You will also be asked to fill out an information form and bring it with you to the appointment, to provide relevant physical and medical history before beginning sessions. You are also encouraged to ask any questions you may have. The cost of the initial consultation is $95.00.

After the consultation, you can decide how you would like to schedule your series. Most people come every two weeks, but anything from a week to a month apart works well. This allows your body time to integrate the changes from the previous session. You can choose the interval that feels most comfortable between sessions. Sessions are $185.00.

The Benefits

Rolfing® Structural Integration has the ability to dramatically alter a person’s structure, which is what determines posture. Rolfing SI can help resolve discomfort, release tension and alleviate pain. Rolfing SI aims to restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body. The genius of the work rests on Dr. Rolf’s insight that the body is more at ease and functions most effectively when its structure is balanced in gravity.

Athletes, dancers, children, business professionals, and people from all walks of life have benefited from Rolfing SI. People seek Rolfing SI as a way to ease pain and chronic stress, and improve performance in their professional and daily activities. It’s estimated that more than 1 million people have received Rolfing work.

Clinical experience has demonstrated that Rolfing SI creates a more efficient use of the muscles, allows the body to conserve energy, and creates more economical and refined patterns of movement. Clients report that Rolfing SI significantly reduces chronic stress and changes in the body structure. A clinical study showed that Rolfing SI significantly reduced the spinal curvature of subjects with lordosis (sway back); it also showed that Rolfing SI enhances neurological functioning.
